Graduation Ceremony

Thursday

The National Training Institute Graduation Ceremony will celebrate the culmination of a journey. Committed to refining their teaching skills this year’s Fourth Year Instructor Group Participants will be recognized for their multiyear commitment to become better instructors for the industry. The graduates of the Advanced Studies Program will be recognized as Electrical Training ALLIANCE Instructional Specialist. Also, the graduates of the VOLT Academy will be celebrated for their drive to become defined leaders for the industry.

Graduate Dress Code

Please dress appropriately to honor the University of Michigan, Industry Leaders, and NTI participants during the Graduation Ceremony. All graduates wishing to participate in Thursday’s Graduation Ceremony at Hill Auditorium must wear professional dress attire.* If you do not meet this requirement, you will NOT be permitted to participate in the event.

*Professional dress attire:
Men – coat, dress pants, dress shirt, shoes, and tie
Women – dress, or skirt or slacks and dress shirt

Sunglasses, ball caps, tennis shoes, and other footwear (sandals, etc.) are not considered professional dress attire.

Graduates who choose not to dress appropriately will not be permitted to walk across the stage during the Graduation Ceremony.
