On a daily basis, Electrical Training and Development Professionals are developing implementing successful and innovative curricula and performance-based projects. For training to be safe and of the highest quality, the Electrical Training Alliance has recognized the need to embrace a collaborative approach to training. This course highlights the best practices for apprenticeship training to help you concentrate your efforts, be more strategic and maximize your impact.
This course will allow for innovative forms of applied research to meet contemporary challenges of teaching in the electrical industry and provide support for inter-professional collaboration. It will offer a platform for sharing research experiences and developing an understanding of good evidenced-based practice.
