Outstanding Apprentice Graduate Group
The OAG Group is for Outstanding Apprentice Graduates of all programs, Entry Level Employees, or individuals that have been identified as a future leader within your organization. This 40-hour program runs Sunday through Friday and features team building, leadership development, estimating, negotiations and the structure of the IBEW/NECA.
Outstanding Apprentice Graduates should check-in on Saturday to receive their registration packet at the Trade Show. At this time, they will receive information that will assist them with their training schedule, as well as visiting the Trade Show exhibitor booths.
Should any JATC / AJATC that would like to register their Outstanding Apprentice Graduate for a Technical Group (T Group) and/or Instructor Group (I Group) may do so, and these individuals will still be recognized at the Sunday Opening Ceremony. Dress Code for Sunday Recognition
All Outstanding Apprentice Graduates will receive a polo shirt during their check in process at the Trade Show on Saturday and Sunday. This polo is to be worn on Sunday evening during the Opening Ceremony.
Be sure to bring dress pants, khakis, or a skirt to wear with your polo shirt.
*Sunglasses, hats of any type, tennis shoes, flip flops, etc. are not permitted.

The team building activity will take place on Monday 7/27 at EMU. Please bring appropriate clothes and shoes for this team building activity. Wear these items on Monday along with your Milwaukee T-Shirt that you will receive during registration.
