First Year
In the first year of the New Training Director Development program, participants will start with an opening session on Sunday to introduce objectives and an overview of the week. Key presentations will include the “State of the Industry” and sessions led by various experts. Throughout the week, participants will attend sessions on topics such as apprenticeship best practices, grants, insurance, investigations, standards, budgeting, dispute resolution, and life balance.
