- Email to lp@etalliance.org
- Registration is not accepted by the electrical training ALLIANCE until OSHA approval is received.
- Effective January 1, 2019 – There will NOT be a 90 day grace period for expired cards. You MUST take OSHA 502 before your expiration date.
- Trainers are required to complete a training update course every 4 years.
OSHA 502
- Fill out and email the OSHA Verification Form. You only need to fill out lines 1-9 on the first page and lines 40-43 on the signature page. You must hand sign the signature page.
- Email a copy of your current 5600/5602 Disaster Site Worker (DSW) Trainer card.
- Note: If you do not have a current 5600\5602 card you can still attend the 502 course, you just will not receive the updated DSW Trainer card.
- Email a copy of your unexpired OSHA 500 or 502 card and a copy of your Drivers License (or Government photo ID).
- Email to lp@etalliance.org
- Registration is not accepted by the electrical training ALLIANCE until OSHA approval is received.
- What if your OSHA 500 or 502 card is expired?
- Effective January 1, 2019 – Cards will NOT be accepted past the expiration date.
- If your card is expired, you are NOT eligible to take OSHA 502. You must take OSHA 510, if you have not taken it previously, and then take OSHA 500. You will also have to submit your 5 or more years of construction safety experience for review and approval.
- Can you start a 502 on the day your card expires?
- Yes, for example, if your previous 502 card expires on July 25th, you may start a 502 that begins on July 25th. Expiration dates are treated just like driver’s licenses, they technically expire at 11:59 pm on the date of expiration. The rule says you must begin your renewal before your card expires.
- Trainers are required to complete a training update course every 4 years.
OSHA 510
