Graduation Ceremony

The National Training Institute Graduation Ceremony marks the completion of a significant journey. This year’s Fourth Year Instructor Group will be honored for their dedication to improving teaching skills, Advanced Studies Program graduates will receive recognition as Electrical Training ALLIANCE Instructional Specialists, and VOLT Academy graduates will be acknowledged for their leadership in the industry.

Graduate Dress Code

Please dress appropriately to honor Industry Leaders and NTI participants during the Graduation Ceremony. All graduates wishing to participate in Thursday’s Graduation Ceremony must wear business professional dress attire.* If you do not meet this requirement, you will NOT be permitted to participate in the event.

*Business Professional dress attire:
Dress pants, dress shirt, suit jacket, tie, dress, skirt, slacks, blouse, shoes.
Men are required to wear a suit jacket with a tie.

Sunglasses, ball caps, tennis shoes, and other footwear such as sandals, flip flops etc., are not considered business professional.

Graduates who choose not to dress appropriately will not be permitted to walk across the stage during the Graduation Ceremony.

• Business casual shirts with casual slacks are NOT acceptable. Inappropriate styles are those that are meant for informal wear including but not limited to: jeans, sweatpants, athletic pants, shorts, yoga pants, cargo pants and leggings.
